 Please note when the City of Regina website states the following

All athletic fields and ball diamonds are available for use as scheduled with the exception of Riffel, Optimist and AE Wilson athletic fields. (AE Wilson passive park is available)

This means that the DIAMOND is open for use. When the diamond is closed it will state that.  I will also email the team reps if the diamond is closed.
